The Human Resource Department is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing a comprehensive human resource program. This program includes recruitment, employee relations, classification and compensation, employee benefits, worker's compensation, and other services designed to attract and retain a qualified and efficient work force. NVTC provides employees with a comprehensive benefits program, including Anthem health care coverage, Virginia Disability & Leave Program, and the Virginia Retirement System. Employees may also participate in a Deferred Compensation Plan and Flexible Reimbursement Accounts for Childcare and Medical Care.
